Palette Tile Sample
Palette tile range consists of 70+ colours, available in 10x10cm and 15x15cm square format per tile.
We will send up to 6 different colours of cut-tile samples with free delivery, followed by an estimate for bespoke commission. Simply drop us a message here or email us prior placing an order, with the colour numbers + names you want and briefly describe your bespoke ideas (colour/dimensions/shape). We will provide further information tailored for the requests.
Please note: Colours might vary slightly due to its handmade nature. Tile samples order is non-refundable - once the bespoke design is confirmed, samples order amount will be deducted from total bespoke order value.

+ spot clean only with mild soap
+ remove dust with lint roller
+ non-machine washable
+ keep out of direct sunlight to prevent colour fading
+ avoid hoovering with industrial vacuum cleaner

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 7-10 working days of receipt of payment. Made-to-order/preorder items will be dispatched after the lead time as stated.
Please note that customers outside of the UK are responsible for local duty charges or custom taxes imposed by the destination country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept return requests for goods sold on our site ONLY for the following reasons:
— Good is broken;
— Good does not match description
— We have made a mistake with your purchase
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
— Bespoke commissions
— Sample & archive sale
20% admin & restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Please note that wear and tear in the course of use by the customer is not considered as manufacturing fault or damage. Refund requests MUST be made within 2 days of receipt. Please be aware that postage of returned items will be covered by the customer and we recommend using a tracked service. If good is lost or damaged during transit we are unable to take responsibility. Once we have received the item that is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will authorize the request via email and reimburse you within 28 days. PIECES.OTD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the standards outlined above.
