All ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 7-10 working days of receipt of payment. All made-to-order/preorder items will be dispatched after the lead time as stated on the individual product page.
For furniture orders, please enquire via contact form with delivery address and we will provide a courier/shipping quote estimate.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept return requests for goods sold on our site ONLY for the following reasons:
— Good is broken;
— Good does not match description
— We have made a mistake with your purchase
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
— Bespoke commissions
— Sample & archive sale
20% admin & restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Please note that wear and tear in the course of use by the customer is not considered as manufacturing fault or damage. Refund requests MUST be made within 2 days of receipt. Please be aware that postage of returned items will be covered by the customer and we recommend using a tracked service. If good is lost or damaged during transit we are unable to take responsibility. Once we have received the item that is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will authorize the request via email and reimburse you within 28 days.
